Moscow, Russia + Add a trip

Taxi transfer normally costs ~$50-70, the other route can be by "express" train to Moscow (Savelovskaya metro station), then on subway to metro station Paveletskaya, and then on another express train to DME (see schedule here http://www.aero-express.ru/en/index.php).

The latter route is not really recommended if you have more than one bag of luggage, but otherwise can be sometimes even faster than taxi because of possible traffic jams.

Additionally to the above, I arranged for a Taxi ahead of time via a travel agent in Russia. Total cost was 1350 roubles and worth every kopeck for the amount of trouble it saved!
