Where's good to eat in Kaliningrad?

  It's a nice place in the center of the city. I've been there twice and both times I was having coffee with some snacks. The menu is fine, the personnel is sweet. Overall, it's a good place for spending some time in a very relaxed manner. As far as I know, some of the personnel does speak English and German. Oh yeah, with your order they offer you a piece of white paper - feel free to draw whatever comes to your mind.

  Free WiFi + free cinema in big screen and good food. I like it!
