Mirona Iliescu replied over 3 years agoI stay with my parents :) BUT would highly recommend Hotel Rembrandt: simple, elegant, inexpensive and central.

Yvonne Kirk replied over 3 years agoA cheap place to stay is the funky chicken Hostel. All dorm rooms, but if you arrive late, you can get a dorm to yourself. The staff are friendly and at 9Euros a night who can complain. Agreat bakery and shop are close by to stock up your supplies.

A more upmarket place is the Crystal palace hotel. A 3/4 star hotel, the 5th floor rooms are fabulous. The 1st floor rooms are just OK so try to get on the 5th floor if you can! Watch out though, the sandwiches are very expensive. BUt the included breakfast is the best in town

Andrea Nastase replied over 3 years agoI own a flat in Bucharest but if I had to pick a hotel somewhere I'd probably go to Piccolo Mondo (started out as a Lebanese restaurant but the owners are the best people you'll ever meet) http://piccolomondo.ro/
