At the shopping mall Sol Mar on the Avenida. A pleasant way to surf the web is by sitting on the deck at Confeitaria Colmeia enjoying a coffee and a cute little cake. The Wednesday risotto at lunch time isn't bad either! :-)

There is also the H2O at the Clube Naval. Again, great hanging out spot especially at night although it may be too crowded for online activities. If it's internet you're after, go there for lunch or in the afternoon and lounge on one of the sofas. The view is fabulous!
