Head out to Plaza Las Americas if you are in the San Juan Metro Area- one of the US largest shopping centers. There are a lot of US stores, as well as local brands, designs, restaurants, cinemas, etc. Or you may want to go for a stroll through Ashford Ave, in El Condado district. Swatch, Cartier, Ermenegildo Zegna, Diesel, local names, etc. For fashion, cigars, jewelry, art, good eats and beautiful historic architecture, head off to old San Juan. You will be surrounded in late 1500 to 1800-style buildings and a lot of history while you enjoy your shopping.
