There is a very inexpensive internet cafe located on Krupnicza St just outside of old town

Cafe Miejsce on Estery 1, in hipster tight Kazimierz has free wireless and coffe that deserves superlatives. A nice place to sit down in the 50'ies furniture for hours, chat with the staff, look at people. Ces't tres bien!

Bambus Cafe in the Main Square - easy-going middle of the road pub Aperitif Restaurant in Sienna - great food

There is free Wi-Fi at KFC, and possibly also at McDonald's.
