P-A Guillon replied over 2 years agoThe best hotel I have ever stayed at, in terms of Service. I stayed on the 16th floor (club floor). After staying one night only, the cleaning staff greeted me by name, the breakfast staff of the 17th floor also knew my name and remembered what I had for breakfast last time. Amazing!
