Alongside (or actually in) Green Belt (3), you'll find People's Palace, offering a trendy and/but tasteful environment with good cocktails and great Thai / Vietnamese food.

Paolo Maligaya replied over 4 years agoChinatown is quite good. There's a blink-and-you-miss-it place called Dong Bei Dumpling at the back of Binondo church. Worth the trip. If you want a place in a mall setting, go to Greenbelt in Makati.

Amitabh Sinhgal replied over 4 years agoUnfortuntely, i couldn't get to explore local places at all, a rare occurence, when i travel. Stayed at Sofitel Plaza and got to eat the huge lavish buffet breakfasts and lunches there (though i did try to pick on their local dishes - just to get a feel). Evenings were spent in Intramurous..at some socials that were organized, where they did have a local selection. And guess what - thanks to some compatriots hankering for home food, i went to an Indian place, called Kashmir, in Makati. If you want Indian food, the food seemed reasonably good and was okay on the price too. Price mostly matched what one would pay in a restaurant in Delhi for similar food.
