Phil Hilfiker replied over 3 years agoIf you are staying at the Casa Andina next to plaza de armas, they have at least 2 computers guests can use free of charge, and they also have wi-fi access throughout the hotel.

Thomas Schmidt replied over 2 years agoRafael is a new coffee shop with huge comfortable armchairs, good coffee, music and free wifi. Its is on Santa Teresa, ca 1.5 blocks up from the Chicha restaurant (on Plaza Regocijo) on the same side of the street.
