    Book Shopping

    There's a host of small, intimate and lovely 2nd hand bookshops in Wellington. Within a mile of the Civic Centre there are close to 20 new and second hand book shops.

    My favourites: Book Haven in Newtown, near the hospital. Cosy, friendly. Arty Bees because they have so much choice. And for a trip OUT of town, try Archway books in Pukerua Bay (reachable on the train too!)
