Queenstown, New Zealand + Add a trip

Tanoa Aspen was a great place to stay. A bit out of town but if you have a car no problem. If you drive to the bottom of Fernhill Road near the roundabout it's actually a really nice walk along the lake into town. Amazing views of Remarkables from some rooms and the dining area. The rooms are nice but we spent most of our time lounging on the super comfy couches next to a fireplace in the lobby drinking beer from the bar. You can buy wifi internet for $50/wk, smaller time periods available too.
