    There would be a few cafes in Thamel. New Orleans Cafe had free WiFi for a long time, not sure if they have moved on to commercial providers.

    Almost half of cafes and restaurants have free WiFi now. For example: Or2k restaurant, Kaldi cafe, Galeria cafe and so on.
