Marius Jørgenrud replied over 3 years agoSaigon is a Vietnamese restaurant and one of the most affordable places to eat in the otherwise rather expensive city of Oslo. For little more than you pay for a meal at McDonald's you can choose from an exotic menu of more than 70 delicious vietnamese dishes. The noodle soup is especially noteworthy. No wonder the place is always crowded, many do not realize there is also a second floor up the stairs.
