In Oslo you get free wifi almost everywhere. Including at Burger King and Peppes Pizza. Just ask your local bartenter or barista or consierge and he will guide you to the nearest hot spot.

Most bars and restaurants have free wi-fi you can use with your laptop or smartphone. But if you have no devices to connect you can go to Use-it (Mollergata 3) where there are 8 PCs available for 30 min turns. At the end, if there's nobody waiting, you can ask for another 30 min turn.

You can use wi-fi, and if you reserve time, you can also use the computers for free at all the public libraries. You don't have to own a member card in order to do this.

At the Ungdomsinformasjonen, you can use internet and telephone for free. It is also a tourist information center which is aimed at young travelers. The staff are pleasant people!
