-Visit the oldest colonial town in Latin America: Granada -While in Granada you can take a boat tour in Cocibolca Lake (the only lake in the world with fresh water sharks) and visit the beautiful 365 islands -You can visit Ometepe, the biggest island in the Cocibolca Lake, with 2 volcanoes. -You can visit Mombacho Volcano (with one of the most beautiful flora reservations) and the Santiago Volcano (you will see the smoke and there are cool bat caves) -You can visit the Colonial city of Leon, during your time there you can easily go to the Cerro Negro Volcano and do "Volcano boarding" -You can go to the beautiful Pacific coast beaches (San Juan del Sur, Tola, etc.) -You can visit the beautiful Nicaraguan Caribbean coast: Bluefields, Corn Island, Little Corn Island...

As you can see there's a lot to explore while in Nicaragua ;)
