There are a lot of places that will still be opened till late in KL.

Jalan Alor is the place to go - it's near bukit bintang (near hotels like Ritz, Westin, JW Marriot), about 10 mins walk, and Jalan Sultan Ismail. The food served will be more of malaysian-chinese food.

If you're planning to be clubbing in Zouk, i am sure there will be those mobile lorries/van that sells food on sticks, also known as "tom tom". You stick the food in hot water, chili sauce and/or gravy and then eat it. If you see anyone double-dipping, tell that fellow off! tell him that hygiene is important!
