The first authentic Spanish style tapas bar in KL- La Bodega opened back in 1999 at this location on Jalan Telawi in Bangsar. The original bar has now expanded to include a deli next door and lounge with jazz music above the deli. The original tapas bar expanded shortly after opening to add a new bistro dining section and more outdoor tables under large awnings on the pavement area. La Bodega has a warm, inviting atmosphere- with terracota tiled floors, dark wood furniture and an impressive large main timber bar with bar stools for casual drinks and tapas.
