There are alot of cheap places to eat in the city, depending on your taste. For extremely good budgetted meal, one can head to any Mamak (Indian Muslim) coffee shops for a good plate of Roti Telur (Indian Egg Roti). For those who prefer Chinese, most coffee shop owners are Chinese therefore finding one isn't a problem although more of the better places to eat are outside the city.
