Sliema is excellent for shopping or taking a very nice walk along the promenade overlooking the sea which is busy with tourists or locals doing the same thing. One can also find many restaurants and some bars too along the way. The promenade finishes in St. Julians which is the hub of nightlife, further barsa nd restaurants.
