Antananarivo, Madagascar + Add a trip

Our Budget was very top-end. We started our stay with two nights in the Hotel de France. Very central, but had become a focus for most of the begging on the main street. The restaurant was nice and the rooms were comfortable, but the staff were unhelpful. On our return we stayed at the far superior Hotel Palissandre. A stunning view of the city, even at night, internet connection, very comfortable rooms, helpful staff, restaurant was less good than at Hotel de France. (http://www.hotel-palissandre.com/).
