Youth Hostel (http://youthhostels.lu/). New facility, great accommodations, very close walk to the city center.

I stayed at Simon's Plaza in Grevenmacher, just 15km outside of Luxemburg. Very nice pleace. Located directly at A1. Highly recommended. http://www.simons-plaza.com/
