Great contemporary art place in Beirut. Finally...

Go all the way down the Raouche coastal park to the fishermen's cove. You can sit on the rocks and enjoy the view out to sea or towards the Pigeon Rocks. The fishermen can also take you on a short boat ride (for a price).

The campus is an oasis worth strolling. There is a small archeological museum as well.

Currently being restored, and off limits unless you get special permission from the Solidere office downtown.

Besides the museum, it's worth strolling the streets 'behind' it (towards the port).
