GO TO..

- HongdaeIpGu (Hong-Ik University) : the heart of the korean youth and creatives. Many bars, restaurant, flee market (young creatives..) and so on. Many night clubs and salsa bars are also there.

- Itaewon : old street for the foreigners. but it is changing to the modern, new, clean city. Many exotics bars and retaurants.

I did a DMZ tour over the weekend. The popaganda movie alone was worth while enough to take a visit.

There are plenty of flyers at the hotel for information such as arrangment and prices. Be aware of the dress code!

go to Jongmyo and the surrounding grounds at Changdeokgung, the imperial palace grounds. a UN world heritage site, beautiful, and culturally rich. tours are the only way you'll get in so budget time, it's 1.5h tour. well worth it. accessible by metro lines.
