Damon Garrett replied over 3 years agoWhile cheap & fast broadband is pretty common in Seoul, wi-fi still isn't something you expect to find everywhere. Many locals access the net via the telephone network when they are on the move.
It is starting to turn up in coffee shops however, but availability is not very consistent. From experience, I get a connection in about 1 out of 3 Coffee Bean stores. Otherwise, if you are anywhere near a residential apartment block or an "officetel", there is a chance that you can pick up a connection from the street.
