It's a pretty crazy place.

Propably the best steaks in town. If you want proteine, go there. Reasonable prices, A/C and outside sitting, pool tables as well. They breed their own cows.

Nice fruit juices, nice atmosphere (kind of modern urban style), free wifi for customers (even 4 computers to use), try the Thai Curry and the vietnamese food there. Popular with young NGO volunteers.

My favorite place to stay: Big breakfast selection (a la cart, no buffet), clean rooms with safe, reasonable rates (40-50 USD), located not far from downtown, laundry included.

If you have to decide whether to see the museum in Phnom Penh or in Siem Reap, then visit the capitals one. They have more pieces to show.
