The Foreign Correspondents Club on Sisowath Quay. Historic, strange and a little run down, but comfy, with great staff and a wonderful breakfast and bar. Reliable internet connection too!

We stayed at the hotel de la Paix, very stylish hotel with fantastic breakfast and the swing bed will make you feel welcome. We were really glad to stay here as it really is an oasis and you can relax from the heat, dust of the outside world.
