Of course there are so many restaurants in Chinatown it's hard to know where to go unless you have a recommendation. My favorite dim sum is at Saikoh Shinkan. Nice atmosphere, prices aren't too bad and genuine taste. (My wife lived in Hong Kong for 3 years so if she likes it it must be okay :-)
