  The Claska hotel in Tokyo is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. If you can live with the fact that it's not in the very center of everything, you will be more than amazed. Superb value for money as well. More here: http://www.guidebook.se/?p=5

  Great hotel and fantastic staff. One of my all time favourites. As already mentioned it's not central but I actually enjoyed that - Meguro is a pleasant area and with the metro you're still only 15 minutes away from Shibuya or Harejuku.
