Ōsaka, Japan + Add a trip

If you want to check out the local punk rock scene, I found Pipe 69 somewhere in Amerikamura was a fantastic place to visit. For about ¥2000 you get a beer and five or so bands playing half hour sets. Nobody here speaks English, but it's far too difficult to speak over the loud music anyway.

I have no idea how to find it, but if you ask in at Time Bomb Records (also in Amerikamura) they'll point you in the right direction.

Osaka is a lovely place. It has many attractions like, Onsen. There are Hyaku Yen shops (hundred yen) from where you can buy every thing at 100 yen price. There communication problem is only a drawback. No one can speak English in Japan.
