Plenty of options for eating at the food court nearby though most will tend to close by 22:00.

APA Villa Hotel

If you plan to stay in Japan, I suggest to check for this chain of hotels APA. They provide good rooms at low prices and with great comfort such as onsen in it. I stayed in APA Villa Hotel in Osaka and it is very good. I booked it calling via Skype.

Cross Hotel Osaka

The Cross Hotel is a stylish, reasonably priced hotel right off Dotonbori, in the middle of Osaka's entertainment district. It's a clean, quiet retreat which is in a fantastic location for enjoying Osaka's restaurants and nightlife (and it's close to subway stops and some of Osaka's major train stations as well).

I've found Toyoko Inn to be pretty good for simple budget travel. They have hotels all over the place. They're business hotels, with free internet access, free breakfast, and there's usually a coin laundry and dryer, which is good if you want to travel light. They're also very foreigner-friendly.
