Nicolò Tedeschi replied over 2 years agoThe best way to shop in verona is taking a walk around the city, whatever you need, doesn't matter...the city it's pretty small, so you won't need any kind of transport, your feet will be more than enough ;)
the main streets to check out for shopping goods are: corso porta borsari / via mazzini / via cappello / corso s. anastasia
if you need to buy something to eat, there are some very good italian groceries to try: 3 are in corso s. anastasia, 1st quality italian goods, but also pretty expensive, on other good one and a bit cheaper it's in vicolo ponte pietra, near the oldest roman bridge of the city...you can obviously find many other good places in the whole city, verona has a pretty good standard in groceries quality; if you're looking for a supermarket, right outside the city center, i suggest you to go to "esselunga", for sure one of the best italian supermarket.
hope this will help ;)
