Rome, Italy + Add a trip

I need a creative itinerary! We've got 10 days, never been to Italy before, and fell in love with pictures of Positano, so we'd like to see that. Obviously Rome shoud fit in as well. Not a strictly Rome question, but thought I'd give it a go.
