    I can suggest VITTORIO, in the city centre (just one minute from Piazza Cavalli)...you eat as much as you can and it's unexpensive! ps.w spaghetti!

    Pizzerie and trattorie are known to be usually unexpensive. A quite good restaurant in the centre of Piacenza is "Trattoria Inn" located in "Piazza S. Antonino". Food is not bad and prices are ok.
