Cheryl Cooper replied over 2 years agoThe best chocolate ice-cream in the world
Like all Italian cities, Parma has lots of gelateria for a regular dose of ice-cream. For me the best was from a chocolate shop on Strada Garibaldi - "Chocolat Milano".
Their dark chocolate fondant ice-cream was the simply best I've ever had (and I live in Belgium where chocolate is top quality), closely followed by their dark chocolate and orange ice-cream.
Buy a cup or a cone and wander the medieval historic centre, or eat at a table outside the shop in the small square. Don't miss it, it is superb !
