Restaurant with cosy atmosphere and cheap, NOT banal food but tasty and original dishes. Open at lunch and dinner but NOT on Sundays, till late. Dishes cost Euro 3,80-4,90 and full meal is about Euro 20 (each), around 22-23 if a branded wine is served too. Best to book because quality is good and has lots of customers.

Visit Monreal church with medieval Arab-Bizantine mosaics and good panorama over Palermo, just 10 minutes drive away. Be prepared to meet cultural challenges (from Arabic architecture to Spanish/Baroque churches, Art Nouveau, and modern, awful urbanization).
