Cisternino is well known in the area for its beautiful Old Town, where the clean limestone-paved streets lead its visitors on a relaxing walk through the pretty narrow alleys, under the arches and the flower-filled balconies. Taking a walk there on a summer’s day, you will be met and impressed by an atmosphere of almost unreal peace and quiet. This will be broken from early evening onwards, when everyone comes to enjoy the rich entertainment, shopping, eating and socializing.

Brindisi airport is about 50 min drive to Cisternino and Aia del Vento.
