Best low budget lunch is having a hurry-up fast take away slice of pizza at Altero (since 1972). For less than 4€ you can eat and have a drink in a fast stand up meeting.

If you prefer eating local food for fair price in a storical restaurant I would strongly recommend Fantoni in via Pratello. You can have a typical tagliatelle al ragù alla bolognese for 4€. Buon appetito.

Pizzeria ME GUSTA Via san felice, 165 Bologna, very good pizza (Try "Pantera") or (very near to the above). Pizzeria Trattoria Porta San Felice, Piazza di porta san felice 6d, Bologna (try Tortellini Wanda)

Or Osteria dell'orsa, www.osteriadellorsa.com, Via Mentana 1, very nice.
