Where's good to stay in Reykjavík?

  Essentially aimed to youths, if you want best value for money this is a good choice. Rooms and bathrooms are small and if the hotel is full you may hear other rooms' noises because walls are very very thin but they are clean, confortable and warm. This is not a 5-star hotel but it is very well priced (as less as 24 € per night). Breakfast is quite good with a good choice of breads, marmelades, tomatoes, cucumbers, yoghourts, cheese, jam, coffe, milk, eggs... Beware!!! some rooms do NOT have windows to the street but to the hotels corridors between one row of rooms and the other. They will make you feel like you are in the middle row of a Jumbo plane!
