    You can try one of the Humus places down town, on Sderot Ha-meginim, near Paris square

    A great falafel place at the Ziv square (Shalom Aleichem 1, Haifa) called "falafel zohar". There's a great bakery called "shemo" at the corner, and also a fabulous coffee shop on the other side of the street.
