Try the Viking Splash tour for a light-hearted and partly amphibious tour of the city centre. Howth is a beautiful village with excellent seafood restaurants and a beautiful coastal walk along the cliffs

The Guinness Storehouse is a must visit! The view over the city centre in the Gravity Bar on the 7th Floor is amazing, as is the beer off course!!!

Check out the Sandeman free tour of Dublin: http://newdublintours.com/

The tour guides are really great, and over 3 hours, you end up learning a whole lot about the area. The tours start every day at 11am at City Hall.

There's no charge to go on the tour, but the tour guides don't get paid, other than tips.
