A fabulous food hall, with delicious looking organic bits & bobs, and a cellar wine bar with the best olives around, F&B is perfect whether you're picking up the makings of Sunday lunch or sharing a glass or two with a friend.

If you're a student and are looking for good drink specials, check out Captain America's at 44 Grafton St. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, draught pints are only 3 euros!

Visit a wonderful museum for free: described by the Lonely Planet as not just the best museum in Ireland, but one of the best in Europe, the Chester Beatty Library is an art museum and library which houses the great collection of manuscripts, miniature paintings, prints, drawings, rare books and some decorative arts assembled by Sir Alfred Chester Beatty (1875-1968).

Also features a rooftop terrace and park.

I've been here a couple of times now. I like the atmosphere and location and staff is nice (drinks on the house, etc, might have been the company I was in). Food's alright. The espresso martinis are great.

This is probably the best vegetarian restrauant in Dublin - although I admit that I have not tried them all. I have brought many non-veggie friends there and they have enjoyed it very much. Very professional waiting staff. The main courses range from €11 up to 20 for very fine dishes. Good wine list and selection of bottled speciality beers.

Fantastic hotel, top notch restaurants. Service is impeccable, food is fantastic, especially the fish & chips and breakfast. They also serve high tea. There is always a peat fire burning downstairs which scents the place and the gardens and decor are lovely. There's also a full-service spa, pool, and wine bar.

Stayed here pretty cheap in June of 2009, it was 191 euro for three nights (though only 38 per room per night for weekdays) very nice hotel. The rooms were a little dirty but certainly a big upgrade from the hostels I was staying at for not much more money. About a 20 minute walk to Trinity/Grafton from the hotel.

I just visited the National Gallery for the first time this week and it was so amazing. Not only does it house some European Masters there is a wealth of Irish art to enjoy as well. Plus the cafe is in an atrium where you can view the old Georgian House where it all started. I took a private tour with www.artimpressions.ie and it was amazing for someone that didn't know a lot about art. Can't wait to go back some lunch time just to sit in a quiet space and enjoy.

GREAT, fresh food and for Dublin - inexpensive. So this doesn't make sense - good food, made fresh in a tiny exhibition kitchen and not the usual price gouging.

Support Paul and Barry McNerney (owners) for giving Dublin something it so desperately needs.
