John McGann replied over 4 years agoSpecifically look for Meeting House square for expensive organic vegetables, fresh oysters to eat on the spot, and lots of delicious and not so expensive hot food to eat 'on the hoof' Otherwise for some real local flavour, try Meath Street on a Saturday.

James Mc Brien replied over 4 years agoDundrum Town Centre (accessible by LUAS tram) is the ultimate collection of top-end high street stores under one roof, including Harvey Nicholl's and Hamley's. There are plenty of excellent places for a bite to eat including a Yo Sushi! bar in the middle of it all. Grafton Street and Henry Street provide a more traditional shopping experience in the city centre.

David Maybury replied over 4 years agoThe George's Street Arcade is good for books, cd's and off-beat clothes. A few quirky dress/jewellery shops makes it an important shop for present ideas.
Definitely recommended.

Ben Labbe replied over 4 years agoIf you enjoy losing yourself in book stores, then Dawson Street is your place to be. It also has numerous Coffee Bars (incl. Starbucks) where you can relax while reading your just bought treasures. Belgian chocolates and other culinary pleasures can be found there as well.
