Garnish House is a nice high quality - but still cheap - Bed and Breakfast that offers nice gourmet breakfast. Breakfast porridge enhanced with Bailey's being one example. It's also right next to the UCC Campus if you have friends at the university.

Clarion Hotel, City centre, very clean, nice pool and pretty cheap

Hayfield Manor; top of the hill, accessible to the town but away from the crowds. Friendly staff - charming grounds - but a little pricey.

Jury Cork is a excellent hotel. Close to the city centre with free wireless internet in public areas, wired internet in the rooms. Good quality freshly prepared food in the bar and restaurant.
