I would recommend Pinguin Sandwich Bar. It is located in the very center of Zagreb in Teslina street 7. The food is excellent and not very expensive, prices go from 16 to 30kn (3-6$). Even if you are not on a budget you should try it. The best place for fast food in Zagreb.
