For spices, beads, clothes and cloth, visit the Makola market. It's very busy, but cheaper than the tourist places. The saturday vegetable market on Spintex road is very recomandable, the vegetables, fruits and meat are fresh, and the prices are low. And it is very exotic for foreigners. Drive past Accra Mall to near end of Spintex road, or pass through Nungua, and take the junction by Pizza Inn in Sakumono, and follow it 5-10 min. and you are there. :)
