Evil eye is a great bar cafe for milkshakes/cocktails. Great beer shop a few shops down with beers from all over the world. Name it - it's there!

Minster gardens are brilliant on a warm day. Betty's is a bit touristy but recommend you buy some cakes/tea from the Betty's shop.

Ghost Walk is a funny, interesting tourist thing to do. Minster itself is best enjoyed in dark when it's lit up (I think!) Fibbers bar is great for live music.

Try eating at Ate O'Clock (http://www.ateoclock.co.uk/welcome.php) in High Ousegate just past the path connecting to Coppergate. It's onn your right before you get to the Lakeland store.

The Blue Bicycle is fantastic but pricey.
