My personal favourite? Govinda's Hare Krishna Restaurant in Craddock Street serving the best range of vegetarian food in the city centre during the day.

Wind Street is crammed with late night pubs who do some good deals on meals to encourage lunchtime trade.

For after dark Mumbles Road has plenty of good curry houses, the Anarkali is popular but my favourite is out of town - Zafran in the High Street of nearby Skewen, once home to Eddie Izzard and Bonnie Tyler (Gaynor Hopkins.)

If you like Italian fare Vesuvio near the Liberty Stadium takes some beating for quality as well as quantity and even manages to put on some good deals at lunch time - the place for pizza from a traditional oven.
