When you say Market do you mean shopping centre or a traditional street market. Sadly, Stirling doesn't have a street market, and the shops in the local Thistle Shopping Centre can be basically found on any Street in the UK. There are a few nice streets where you will find some unusual shops but sadly not an area where they are concentrated in. If you are in Stirling, then Stirling Castle is well worth a visit and the Stirling Old Town Jail. The original Old Town is well worth exploring but sadly too few unusual shops.
