Holly Golightly replied over 3 years agoDavid and Sarah Whitfield are experienced hosts - having previously run the house as a restaurant and also a much larger B&B.
I think there's only one twin room, so it feels intimate. David and Sarah are very welcoming and seemed unphased by our late arrival on the first night. They happily lent us walking maps when we asked for them. Breakfast was good. The house is tastefully decorated - Sarah has obviously taken real trouble to decorate the rooms. The pictures on their website are a fair reflection of what it's like.
It cost us £65 for the room, per night (in September at the weekend).
Recommended. I'd definately stay here again.
