The cafe bar at the Showroom Cinema, opposite the station, is an excellent place to chill out. Massive selection of different types of food - Sunday lunch, sandwiches, pizzas, tapas - and great atmosphere. And free wifi to boot.

Great pub for food and drink

If you're around Broomhill, check out Nottingham House. Deals on real ales, which are £2.40 anyway (four pints for a tenner!), and original home-made pies. Not for you if you don't like pies though — it's all they serve!

I can recommend the Sunday Roast Pie: roast chicken, stuffing, vegetables and a Yorkshire pudding, all baked into a pie!

22a - friendly coffee shop / cafe

Very friendly and cosy cafe not far from the centre of town. Does amazing hot chocolate and cakes as well as a great selection of sandwiches, toasties, etc. Also has a comprehensive gluten-free menu.

One of the best authentic Indian restaurants in Sheffield - excellent takeaway menu as well.

Very tasty, very honest real Italian food with great service and a wonderful wine list

Very good Lebanese food, truly enjoyed every mouthful every time I have been, service is great too.
